A situation in wich i use Character strengths it could be when in the school i was failing the math class and i use optimism and self-control to pass the class
optimism because i knew that if i do the activities that were pending i could pass the class
Self-control because i rather stay home and do that pending activies istead of stay playing or go to a party

in a situation in which i don't use Character strengths could be when i was in elementary school and i had to do a project  but in one day because i don't do anything in the week, it was a lot of work so i didn't do anything, but if in that sutuation i had use character strengths i would do the project on time

my life is differect because i use character strengths and now my life is better
